Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Financial Services, Transport and Insurance sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 1.23%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4130), which rose 10.00% or 0.03 points to trade at 0.33 at the close. Meanwhile, Al Omran Industrial & Trading Co (TADAWUL:4141) added 9.94% or 3.55 points to end at 39.25 and Red Sea Housing Services Company (TADAWUL:4230) was up 9.88% or 5.90 points to 65.60 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Retal Urban Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4322), which fell 4.23% or 0.60 points to trade at 13.60 at the close. Kingdom Holding Company (TADAWUL:4280) declined 2.55% or 0.28 points to end at 10.70 and United Wire Factories Company (TADAWUL:1301) was down 1.77% or 0.55 points to 30.55.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 228 to 73 and 11 ended unchanged.
Shares in Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4130) rose to 5-year highs; up 10.00% or 0.03 to 0.33.
Crude oil for November delivery was up 1.20% or 0.89 to $75.27 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 1.06% or 0.83 to hit $78.88 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.26% or 6.95 to trade at $2,660.85 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.01% to 4.12, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.76.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.07% at 102.20.
