After-hours movers:

Boeing (NYSE:BA) fell 3% after it issued preliminary fourth quarter results that trailed estimates. Results were impacted by the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) work stoppage and agreement, as well as charges in the defense segment.

Texas Instruments (NASDAQ:TXN) fell 2.3% despite positive fourth quarter results after issuing guidance that was lackluster. TI’s first quarter outlook is for revenue in the range of $3.74 billion to $4.06 billion and earnings per share between $0.94 and $1.16.

Twilio (NYSE:TWLO) rose 10% after it said it sees revenue growth for the fourth quarter of 2024 of approximately 11% year-over-year. It also issued positive long-term financial targets.

Semler Scientific (NASDAQ:SMLR) fell 15% after announcing that it intends to offer, subject to market conditions and other factors, $75.0 million aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2030 (the “notes”) in a private offering. It also issued select preliminary unaudited fourth quarter 2024 financial results and BTC holdings.

CSX Corp. (NASDAQ:CSX) dropped 2% after it issued results that trailed estimates.
